One of the great things about working for an agency like Zone, is opportunities to work on broad and deep projects. While scientific research and attempting to cure disease completely isn’t quite my skillset, I did feel honoured to edit, mograph, compose/sound-design for several Wellcome mini-docs, one being the Human Cell Atlas, a project essential to the long-term eradication of disease. Wellcome Trust - Neuropixel Probes
The full length composition for one of 4 the mini-docs that Zone Digital produced for Wellcome trust. On edit, mograph and audio duty once more, my producer (a legend of video production, Jen Faichnie) decided that instead of pop in a few stock tracks we would compose for the edit, making this a little more cohesive and unique (sorry Audionetwork!). The duty of Neuropixel composition is to be epic, hit cues but stay out of the way of the all-important interviews.
